Att. Adnan Abdullah Al Barwani

Supreme Advocate, graduated from College of Law and Shari ‘a, specializing in law in the
Sultanate of Oman in Muscat in 2002. Then joined as a member of the Public Prosecution in the
Sultanate in 2004. Which he was distinguished by participating in many cases and working in
different departments. Adnan has unparalleled flexibility to deal with the public, is distinguished in

financial issues, and has the ability to devise solutions. In mid-2016, he was appointed Director
of Investigations and Property in Oman Air Security Department, and a year later, he joined to
work in FB Law Firm. In addition to his experience in the criminal law field and air law, he has
capabilities in litigation procedures, especially in relation to labor law, and he is fluent in English.

Att. Yasser Wally

Advocate & legal adviser, the most experienced member among the team, as he has more than
30 years of experience. He graduated in 1985, from the University of Ain Shams, at Cairo. He is considered one of the founders of the firm since it was established. Yasser has been authorized for litigation in all of the Sultanate courts since 2008. Yasser is considered as a consultant for the
team, considering his rich experience in all of law’s fields, especially in Civil law, Family law & Labor law. He adapts well to all situations and manages to continuously handle cases efficiently and with the highest quality.

Att. Thekrayat Salem Al-Ghahouri

Lawyer, she graduated from the College of Law at Sultan Qaboos University in 2016. Thekreyat
joined our Firm in January, 2017. She represented many of the Firm’s clients in different courts of
the Sultanate. Thekreyat is distinguished by her ability to work in various circumstances and to deal smoothly with clients. Her skills and experiences are concentrated in the practice of family, commercial and labor law, in both consultations and litigation. Thekreyat is also fluent in both
Arabic and English.

Att. Zulfa Ali Al Awaisi

A lawyer, whom graduated with a bachelor in law degree from Sultan Qaboos University - college
of law- in 2017, she also holds a professional diploma in professional skills for international lawyers from Nottingham Trent University -law school -United Kingdom – in 2018, Zulfa is distinguished with her knowledge in the administrative, civil, commercial, labor and family law, also she has so far presented our clients in front of 22 courts within different cities in Oman, and she is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Att. Iman Khamis Al Rahbi

Lawyer, she graduated in 2020, with a distinction she earned LLB degree in Law from Al-Zahra
College. Eman joined the Firm in November, 2020. She showed her ability to work under pressure and deign unlimited working hours. She is distinguished with her passion in criminal law. Iman is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Att. Sharifa Fadhal Al Balushi

Lawyer, she graduated in 2021, with a distinction she earned LLB degree in Law from Al-Zahra
College. Sharifa joined the Firm in October, 2022. She showed her ability to work under pressure
and to work in various circumstances. Also, she has proven her capability in dealing with cases in family, commercial, civil, and labor law. Sharifa is fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu.

Att. Omniya Khalifa Al Nasseri

An ambitious lawyer who has great interest in law in all sections and is highly motivated to dig
deeper in law. Omniya graduated with distinction from Sultan Qaboos University's college of law in 2023 and holds a bachelor's degree in law. In the same year, she joined the Firm. She took part in several trainings and workshops held by various entities and she is able to thrive in a variety of circumstances and situations. Omniya has proven her capability in formulating and
negotiating contracts, as well as in managing and reviewing them, also assisting in the resolution
of contractual disputes whenever they arise. Therefore, she is handling matters relating to
commercial companies, contract law and Labor law. Omniya is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Shatherwan Elshareef

Counsel is one of our corporate lawyers. He specializes in corporate law, Construction and Real Estate. He has an experiment in banking law and financial sector in general. Mr. Elshareef holds LLB Degree with honors from University of Khartoum Faculty of Law - Sudan. He has a Diploma in commercial arbitration and registered arbitrator in the Sudanese Center for Arbitration and Conciliation, Khartoum - Sudan. With more than 7 years of experience Mr. Elshareef contributes effectively in achieving the firm's vision and our customer's satisfaction and legal protection.
